The victim, Petaru Gollapalli, left a suicide note blaming his wife for his death and alleging she wanted him dead. The couple had been married for two years but had lived separately for the past three months due to frequent quarrels. His wife had also filed for divorce and demanded Rs 20 lakhs as alimony.
